![]() So I don't think this is representative of the brand but I personally will not be returning to this specific location in the future. I'm a huge Hyatt fan so I don't like being overly critical, during this same trip we had a great stay at the hyatt place in jacksonville st. In retrospect would've paid more for a better more consistent experience and just ate somewhere out for breakfast. Breakfast was ok but a lot of times the food kept running out so that benefit wasn't what you would expect. The building itself was old and needs some updating there would be random garbage like smells in the hallway on the third floor throughout our stay it was strange. Other hotels I've stayed at try to compensate something to the guests when inconveniences like this occur. On top of this water was cut off in the building from 11 AM to 5 : 00 PM during our stay. Getting consistent room service was difficult. They said they would clean it but it didn't make a difference. It was stained with pasta or some food all over the carpet we asked them to clean it multiple times. The bad parts of the stay had to do with the room. I really liked the staff here they were nice and tried their best with what they had.
